THRIVE PROJECT MISSION

The natural world is changing at an unprecedented rate in human history. We’re already experiencing biodiversity loss, catastrophic fires, floods and drought from climate change, and crippling inequalities within and between societies. In the face of these challenges, civilisation must plot a path out of its current state, towards a more sustainable future.

THRIVE is a for-impact and not-for-profit social enterprise that aims to ensure the long-term well-being of humanity. Our vision is a world where all life forms coexist in harmony and our civilisations pursue global shared value creation and prosperity.

To this end, we seek to provide a platform for experts with a passion for improving our Earth, so that they may inform and inspire others on the pathways to change.

Let’s defy extinction. Join us on the journey towards ‘thrivability’ – a place of providence and prosperity.

Help us make the world a thrivable place!

Please come and present at one of our webinars!

We host webinars on the third Tuesday of the month, at 6PM AEST (GMT +10).

These are online webinars based on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This provides an opportunity for experts, specialists, researchers, and individuals with a passion for sustainability to share their discoveries and experiences.

Through THRIVE, speakers can potentially reach our 20,000 global followers. You may also receive further opportunities, such as a chance to present on our THRIVE Talks Podcast.

Each webinar has two spots for speakers. We welcome anyone with experience in the below fields to present.

HOW IT WORKS:

We aim to have two to three speakers for each webinar. To ensure a smooth presentation, we need certain things from speakers:

  • On registration: Please provide a title and synopsis for up to three topics, a short & extended biography, a headshot, and a 20-sec intro video about you. We will select the best one for you to present.
  • Please provide us with the draft presentation slides on the selected topic ahead of time, (at least 3 weeks before the webinar). Upon receiving this, we can identify what you plan to present, and see if changes need to be made.
  • One week before, we hold a rehearsal for the webinar. Speakers will present as they would in the webinar (including the same location and equipment), to solve technical issues well before the event, and ensure the webinar runs smoothly.
  • One day before: Finalise presentation slides and send to THRIVE, to allow for setup.
